Consultant

Key Responsibilities
Consultants are responsible for managing most major tasks on client projects. Consultants work in a team under the supervision of a partner and become actively involved in helping to manage all phases of a project. Consultants are expected to be able to act independently in terms of the work they can perform with the experience to take the lead on much of the client interaction.

Desired Attributes and Experience
  • MBA Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience of sales and/or marketing management in relevant industries.
  • Experience of custom project and consultative sales preferred.
  • Track record of Director level responsibilities at early stage technology companies.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Primary and online research abilities
  • Strong team participation style and inter-personal skills
  • A high degree of motivation, organization, energy and enthusiasm is required. Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills are also required.
  • Some, possibly extensive, travel required.

Partner

Key Responsibilities
Partners are responsible for business development, securing and managing client engagements, developing and disseminating expertise within the firm, performance management, internal processes and overall management of career development. Each partner is assigned revenue and margin goals. There are also a number of non-revenue related goals such as marketing and career development objectives for which they are responsible.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • 7-10 Years of sales and marketing management in relevant industries.
  • Strategy and Business Consulting
  • Experience of custom project and consultative sales.
  • Previous P&L responsibility at a divisional or corporate level, including VP level responsibilities.
  • Track record of board level responsibilities at early stage technology companies.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • A high degree of motivation, organization, energy and enthusiasm is required. Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills are also required.
Education
MBA or equivalent
